OSL Consulting Sdn Bhd [201501040094 (1165412-P)] was founded in Ipoh in 2015 by Oon Seow Ling, a Chartered Accountant who had seen too many good businesses running on messy books and last-minute tax filings.
What began as a small practice has grown into a team of ten serving more than 800 companies and individuals — family trading businesses, contractors, retailers, clinics, e-commerce sellers and professionals across Perak and beyond.

Seow Ling founded OSL in 2015 — the firm carries her initials, and she treats every engagement accordingly. A Chartered Accountant (Malaysian Institute of Accountants) and Certified Public Accountant, she is an approved tax agent and remains personally involved in client work rather than just signing off on it. She leads a team of ten from the firm's office in Medan Ipoh Bistari.
